This draft describes the institutional website as it operates now. It is not a completed legal policy, and it does not claim a registration, a representative, or counsel's approval.
A visitor may send a category, name, organization, email address, object reference, message, language, and consent. The stored record may also keep the country associated with the network connection and a shortened browser description. The form does not ask for a payment card.
Do not send identity documents, bank details, passwords, medical information, or restricted cultural material through the public form.
Before a message is released, the visitor completes a Cloudflare Turnstile check and opens a verification link sent to the address they entered. The link is designed to expire after 30 minutes. A verified inquiry is received. It is not an approval, a partnership, or a purchase.
The verification message goes to the visitor. After verification, the inquiry is prepared for Essence of Gaia's inquiry desk by email through Resend. Delivery to that desk is not a reply, a hold, or a decision.
The website and inquiry service run on Cloudflare. Email delivery uses Resend. These providers may process a message outside the visitor's country. This page does not name a data-center address.
The inquiry store is designed to delete a stored inquiry 30 days after it is created. That design is not a claim that every backup, log, or provider copy has been proven to expire on the same day.
A saved work stays in the browser on that device. It is not an account, and it is not sent to Essence of Gaia unless the visitor later includes it in an inquiry.
This institutional site does not run an advertising tracker and does not collect card payments. The secure-check provider may use its own technical storage. A person can use the inquiry form to ask for correction or deletion of an inquiry that is still stored. No separate registered representative is listed here.
