The community decides
A community names its own priority. Gaia does not arrive with a finished project and ask for a signature.
GAIA ROOTS is the proposal for locally governed places where skills, small enterprise, and marketplace participation can grow. It is not an operating fund. No partner is named, and no gift has been made.

Each step below is a proposal. Skipping one, or publishing a partner before the agreement exists, is not allowed.
A community names its own priority. Gaia does not arrive with a finished project and ask for a signature.
Identity, authority to decide, and what may be said in public are agreed before any money or equipment moves.
Costs, local suppliers, training, and who keeps the assets are written down. A draft budget is not a grant.
Money is collected only after legal, payment, and community approval. Nothing on this page is a request for a donation.
Local people decide how a project runs, who teaches, and what success means. Gaia does not take ownership of the community.
A result is published only when it can be checked. A photograph of a place is not an outcome.

A region can be studied before a community is named. Peru is the first editorial chapter. It is not a signed partnership.

Education for adults, and for children only with future safeguards, would sit inside a mission the community asked for. No class is running.
An inquiry is received. It is not an approval, a partnership, or a transfer of money.
