ESSENCE OF GAIAHERITAGE WITH PURPOSE
Privacy

Collect only what the relationship requires.

This foundation describes the intended privacy posture for Essence of Gaia. Production legal text must be reviewed for the jurisdictions, data flows, vendors, and commerce features actually in use before launch.

General inquiries

The public inquiry channel is for contact and routing information, not identity documents, banking credentials, passwords, payment-card data, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Verification

Email verification is used to reduce abuse and confirm the requester controls the submitted address. Additional identity, transaction, sanctions, logistics, or payment review—when required—must occur through separate controlled workflows.

Provenance records

Public provenance should contain only verified facts appropriate for disclosure. Supplier identity records, private agreements, payment records, permits, detailed chain-of-custody evidence, and restricted cultural information belong in protected compliance systems rather than public object payloads.

Retention and access

The inquiry implementation is designed for limited retention and controlled delivery. Production policies must define access, deletion, correction, legal-hold, vendor, and jurisdiction-specific obligations before live commerce or account features are enabled.

This page is an implementation-ready privacy foundation, not final legal advice or a substitute for jurisdiction-specific counsel.
