Artisans, cooperatives, Indigenous-owned businesses, galleries, and institutions can ask to be reviewed. Submitting this form does not approve a supplier, and it does not issue a purchase order.

Approval, when it exists, still requires identity, authority to offer a work, cultural permission, export eligibility, and supplier-direct fulfillment. Gaia does not operate a warehouse.
